Repeated AccessDeniedExceptions in Alfresco render CMA unresponsive

      Description

      AccessDeniedExceptions are thrown periodically because of the issue with getPermissions (when the caller is Consumer). After several of these exceptions are thrown in Alfresco, CMA becomes unresponsive when trying to start a new session. Existing sessions still work (didn't test to see for how long).
