Google drive UI/Javascript issues

      Description

      windows 7 & IE 11.0
      -- Select file window (google picker) doesn't show up.
      -- While deleting a link, the pop up gets stuck

      windows 8.1 & IE 11.0
      -- Select file window doesn't show up, happens intermittently

      Safari
      -- See many Javascript errors. Functionality is OKAY

      Might need some styling to delete icon, we can use something similar to ToDo app.

      Also once these issues are fixed try testing in IE10 as well.
