[Evernote App] Creating note with no content ends up with nothing, but got the successful request processed message

"Create a note" and "Create a notebook" without entering any values for note or notebook name ends up with successful request processed message. It misleads the user that an empty note or notebook was created. We need to confirm the user to enter values before we actually submit the request to the back end.
