The application is not restoring the “Add Task” form to its default values after adding a task.

1.Open the Liferay APP with the ToDOs portlet.
2. Click on the + icon.
3. Fill Out all the fields.
Title: Event 1
Description: Envent 1
Date: One day from today
Select the “Add To LIferay Calendar” checkbox
Select the Calendar under use.
Select the reminders checkboxes and set 6 hours
4. Click on the Submit Button.
5. Review the form.

CURRENT RESULT:

The application displays the “Add Task” form different when the user create a second task. (Displays the “Add to Liferay Calendar” unselected, but display the reminders, also displays the reminders unselected but when the user select them disables the fields.)
