STEPS:

Steps
1. Open the Liferay APP and login with valid credentials.
2. Add the Shared Resources portlet.
3. Click on the menu icon.
4.Click on Liferay DXP option to expand it.
5. Expand the content menu.
6. Click on the Manage Shared Resources option.
7. Click on the “+ Add Shared Resource” link.
8. Fii out all the fields.
9. Click on the “Save” button.
10. Do not add any photo and click on the save button.
11. Review the shared resource in the portlet
