Carousel need to be re written according to new AUI api

HR Portal has a customized carousel developed using Liferay 6.1 api. We need to migrate that carousel to Liferay 6.2 apis.

Use this branch:
https://svn.rivetlogic.com/repos/rivets/logicstacks/hrportal/branches/6.2 CE GA 1

and make sure it works well with Liferay 6.2 GA1 community.
