When the user use the “Skype Chat & IM” portlet in mobile, the portlet does not communicate with the skype application installed in the mobile device and can not make calls or create chats using Skype.

Steps
1.Open the Liferay APP and add the Skype Chat & IM portlet in mobile.
2. Select a contact and click on the call or chat.
*NOTE: the portlet redirects to install the application instead of using the one installed in the mobile.
