The “Address Validator” portlet is not working on the portal settings, also the complete form is not working.

1.Open the Liferay APP, with the “Address Validator” portlet deployed.
2. Login with administrator user
3. Click on the menu Icon.
4. Expand the Control Panel tab.
6. Expand the Configuration tab.
7. Click on “Instance Settings”
8. Click on the “Identification Tab”
CURRENT RESULT:
