The “Address Validation” button is not displayed properly in mobile browsers.

Steps
1.Open the Liferay with the Address validator.
2. Click on the “Menu” icon
3. Click on Control Panel.
4. Click on Users.
5. Click on Users and Organizations.
6. Click on one user e.g user5 or test
7. Click on the Identification tab.
* Note same bug for the button in the "Edit organization's addresses".
