Improve the look & feel and test the Scheduler portlet

Get the calculator portlet from Steven.

1) Improve its look and feel:
+ panel at the top for buttons
+ pagination improvements

2) Test it in Liferay 6.2 CE and EE, using different browsers: IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox
