This portlet should be done for Liferay version 2 GA 1 CE and EE. It should should have the PACL file enabled see:

It must be tested in IE 8+, Latest Firefox, Latest Safari, Latest Chrome browser version.

What this portlet does is display a paginated list of all portal users. This list should have 4 colums: First name, Last name, Skype, Phone. The columns should be sortable. If the person have Skype id registered in the portal is should display an option to add that person to a dynamic list of contacts to load in skype (see attached screen), the same for the Phone. Use the CSS and JS scripts provided by Oscar
