announcement portlet tests results - spaces and tabs are mixed in the code for indentation - portlet is shown in the page when edit controls are disabled, suppose to be, if a portlet is empty should not be visible to the user, for example asset publisher when has no content does not get shown to the user when edit controls are disabled |

| tests done, looks fine in different browsers but made note of some things noticed while checking further the portlet, please see comments |

Alejandro as we speak, if there is no default article, then the portlet doesn´t show anything. Once you choose a default article it is shown in the portlet box. Please fix the indentation issues and sent the pull request to GitHub. |
