When Tout and Tip of the Day apps are installed together in same liferay instance, only Tout popups are shown upon login.

| Charles, check why that is happening. Then we will figure out if we want to fix it or not. |

Tip of the day is showing up the way it should be, once per day if the user is logged. There is no issue to resolve. |
