[BUG-03] Regular user cannot add a new category

[BUG-07] A “Not Found” message is displayed when the user clicks on the notification
[DESCRIPTION] After adding a comment, the app sends a notification to the owner of the question, and when you click on the notification, the app displays the message “Not Found”, also sometimes the message is not the correct, the message contains the tag <span> or <p>, check the video and image at the end of this comment. BUG-01: Fixed default permissions for site members.
BUG-02: Fixed all action urls to use a proper redirect instead of reloading the page. BUG-03: Fixed default permissions for site members. BUG-04: Fixed default permissions for site members. BUG-05: Fixed dropdown to show labels in all browsers. BUG-06: Fixed template to show the comment created date instead the latest update. BUG-07: Override notification action to open this portlet. BUG-08: This is handled by liferay notification plugin, this can't be changed. Notifications behave different depending on the Liferay version used, all other features are working from GA1 to GA6. https://github.com/rivetlogic/liferay-quick-questions/pull/4 |

[BUG-09] No attachments are displayed when the user post a question/response with attachments
PRECONDITIONS: ==================== 1. A page with the Quick question portlet should be created REPRODUCIBILITY LEVEL: ==================== Always STEPS: ==================== 1. Login into Liferay and go to the page of the preconditions 2. Click on “Ask a question” 3. Enter the next values for the new question: -”Test” for the title field -For the category, select any created previously -”Description” for the description field 4. Click on “Choose file” and upload any attachment 5. Click on “Submit” 6. [Enhancement-01] Consider to add a “Attachment” button that When that button is clicked automatically the “Choose File” buttons are displaye.
