Test the intranet site:
http://intranetdev.vm1.rivetlogic.com/ + First test it as a regular user: enter private personal data: todos, bookmarks, configure news, create skype and hangouts groups, configure world clock. Enter public personal data: status, about me, location, skype, birthday, quote, hobbies, skills, blog entries, create drawings using collaboration. Use Corporate site functionalities (Corporate site is a super set of all the other sites, so there is no need to test the other sites): check birthday calendar shows your date, enter /edit / delete suggestion (the suggestion you entered in Corporate should not be seeing in any other site), ask questions to the site (using the question page), subscribe to questions categories, book resources, use people directory. + Second test it as a regular user seeing other user public info: request friend ship, chat, see that person calendar, see that person calendar, add a comment to a blog entry of that person, collaborate in a drawing, write something to that person wall. In Corporate site: see that person birthday (check picture link works fine), answer a question made by the other person, request a resource booked by other person, send messages using the shared resources app, check if you are assigned the resource once the other person returns the resource, call that person using the hangouts and skype functionalities of the site (private pages and corporate people directory). + Third test the Corporate (Jose) and HR (Boliver) sites as an admin (ask Manuel to give admin permission): modify about us, team members, faq, recommended readings, answer suggestions, enter news entries (non admin user can enter comments but should not be able to edit or remove news entries), check you can remove unwanted questions or questions categories, create document folder and documents (regular users should be able to download and comment those documents, but not remove or edit them), configure shared resources, enter tips of the day (and check they work as expected for regular users) |
