STEPS:
====================
Steps (e.g Today date 18/7)
1.Open the Liferay APP with the ToDOs portlet.
2. Click on the + icon.
3.Create 2 new task.
Task 1: Date TOMORROW e.g. 19/7.
Task 2: Date 2 days from today e.g 21/7
4. Change server date to 1 date after.

CURRENT RESULT:

The application does not arrange the events in the correct sections when the date changes.
The Task 1 should now be in the “Due Today” section, instead of that is on the Future Section.
The Task 2 should now be in the “Due Tomorrow” section, instead of that is on the Future Section.

EXPECTED RESULT:

need to check further this, not happening to me, once i change system date, events are switched properly to target date section

Code change depends on https://issues.rivetlogic.com/secure/attachment/44053/logged-user-display-timezone.png so if user display timezone is set CST (CR) it should arrange time for that, if its configured to UTC display should move based on that
