 Description   
When the user install the Content Translator App, a problems occurs and the “Automatic Translation” button is not displayed.

Steps
1.Download latest source code that is located at the following location: https://github.com/rivetlogic/liferay-content-translator
2. Using Liferay IDE (https://web.liferay.com/downloads/liferay-projects/liferay-ide)

3. Change the IDE perspective to use Liferay workspace.
4. Create a new Liferay 7.x server, and select the liferay-dxp-digital-enterprise-7.0-sp3 bundle.
5. Import the Liferay Workspace project.
6. In the server add all the available resources except the yandex-translator-test.
7. Start the server.
8. Set the basics configurations.
9. Add the liferay key.
10. In the liferay home page, click on the + icon.
11. Add a “Web Content Display”
12. In the “Web Content Display” click on the (+) icon and select Basic Web Content.
 Note that the “Automatic Translation” button is not displayed.

The application can be installed by downloading the Source code and generate the .jar files and deploy them on the Liferay server. But the server need to be rebooted after the "Yandex API Key" is added in the system configurations by the user.

Hi,
We need some improvement in the steps mentioned to reproduced the issue.
As per the current development design after API key configuration, We need to restart the server. If we restart the server then issue is not reproduce.

Installation process can be done by generating the .jar and deploying on the Liferay server.
