 Description
- Clicking on done does not seem to do anything. We need to close the tip of the day modal panel for that day.

- When you first deploy the portlet with no categories selected, it should not display any article. If the portlet is not configured or there are no articles for the selected category, it does not show the modal panel.

- Tip of the day portlet could have a button which on clicking brings up the modal panel anytime. If there are no tips the portal itself can have message but no modal panel.

- A ajax on/off button that can be done from the portlet itself per user.

- Title for Modal panel can come from the title of the portlet. That way it is easily configurable per page or site as needed.

- We don't need Liferay hook for language properties. This can be done via resource bundle in portlet.xml

- Remove resource-actions as any one who can configure the portlet can configure the category by default and all users can hide the tip for themselves.

- liferay plugin package properties needs to be updated with Rivet Logic and remove liferay and liferay.com

After discussion with Alaaeldin:
+ Move the Portlet to the dock bar.
+ In the dock bar the users should see an option to Show the tips and other to turn on / turn off the display of Tips.
+ Keep the configuration of articles to show in the Control Panel. It should a per site configuration.
