[LRA-173] [Evernote App] Edit in Evernote button should ask the user to select a file to edit before we open a new tab

"Edit in Evernote" button opens a new blank tab in the browser when the user didn't select a file to edit and click the button. The link should confirm if the user selected a file to edit first before we open a new tab to edit. It should work just like the "Delete" button.
