[LRA-228] Make requesting user administrator by default

Nice App which addresses an often requested Usecase. But there is some Space for Improvement: It would be great if the User, which originated the Request would be automatically assigned as a Site Administrator for the new Micro Site. Otherwise the Webmaster has to manually assign Users to the Site, assign Site-Roles to these users and so on, in Case the Microsite is a private or a restricted Site. This may be too much Know How needed for the Webmaster, who on purpose is not a regular Liferay Administrator. Furthermore Webmasters should receive Notifications if there are new Site requests, just like it is in any other Liferay Workflow Process where approvers get notified.

But anyway this App is a good Starting Point if you have to deal with Microsites on Demand.
