[LRA-265] The application does not send the “Shared Resources Portlet” email notifications.

When the user enable the email notifications for the “Shared Resources Portlet”, the email notifications are not been sent.

PRECONDITIONS

2 Users must be previously created
-User 1 Roles: Administrator
-User 2 Roles: Administrator
A Shared resource must be previously created.

STEPS:
====================
Steps
1. Login with user 1 and Open Liferay and add the Shared Resources portlet.
2. Click on the menu icon.
3.Click on User1 option to expand it.
4. Click on the Notifications option.
5. Click on the 3 points in the upper right corner to open the notifications menu.
6. Click on the “Configurations” link
7. In the configuration windows, search for the “Shared Resources Portlet” options.
8. Enable or verify that all email notifications are enabled.

8. Click on the “save” button.
9. Login with user2 and click on one of the available shared resources from the “All Shared Resources” tab.
11. Click on the “Book Shared Resource” button.
12. Login with user1, and Click on the same selected shared resources from the “All Shared Resources” tab of the user2.
13. Click on the “Book Shared Resource” button.
14. Click on the “Send Message” link.
15. Fill Out the Message field with some text example: “I need the resource”.
16. Click on the Send button.
17. Login with user 2 and go to the notifications.
18. Reply to the “User1” notification message.
19. Go to the Shared Resources Portlet, and return the shared resource, that user booked on step 11.
20. Login with user1 and go to the notifications.
*Note both notifications have been received(1 from of the reply of the message from user 2, and other from the portlet notifying the resource has been returned by user 2), but not emails have been received.
