[LRA-295] The hovercard is not displayed properly in mobile browsers.

When the user clicks on the profile photo icon of the user to display the hovercard, the site displays the hovercard but immediately redirects to the user site.

Preconditions
====================
2 Users should be created with profile photo.
1 User should be created without profile photo.
The 3 users should be friends using the social networking portlet.

REPRODUCIBILITY LEVEL:

STEPS:
====================
1.Open the Liferay APP with the hovercard.
2. Click on the user's profile photo to display the hovercard of one of the users.

CURRENT RESULT:
====================
When the user clicks on the profile photo icon of the user to display the hovercard, the site displays the hovercard but immediately redirects to the user site.

EXPECTED RESULT:

When the user clicks on the profile photo icon of the user to display the hovercard, the site should display the hovercard and should not redirect to the user site.
