[LRA-297] The “Show only new Tips” switch bar is not working as expected.

When the user enable the the “Show only new Tips” switch bar the app should only displayed the new articles, instead the app always displayed all the articles.

1.Open the Liferay APP, with the Tip of the Day deployed.
2. Login with administrator user
3. Create 2 new tips under the category under use.
4. Sign out.
5. Sign In.
*The previously created tips are displayed after the user login.
6. Verify the “Show tips at login” and “Show only new tips” are enabled.
7. Create 2 new tips under the category under use.
8. Sign out
9. Sign In.

CURRENT RESULT:

The “Show only new Tips” switch bar is not working as expected. When the user login, the app is displaying all the tips instead of displaying only the new tips.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The “Show only new Tips” switch bar should work as expected. When the user login, the app should only displayed the new tips.
