Steps &lt;br/&gt;
1.Open the Liferay APP, with the Tip of the Day deployed. &lt;br/&gt;
2. Login with administrator user&lt;br/&gt;
3. Create 2 new tips under the category under use.&lt;br/&gt;
4. Sign out.&lt;br/&gt;
5. Sign In. &lt;br/&gt;
*The previously created tips are displayed after the user login.&lt;br/&gt;
6. Verify the &#8220;Show tips at login&#8221;  and &#8220;Show only new tips&#8221; are enabled.&lt;br/&gt;
7. Create 2 new tips under the category under use.&lt;br/&gt;
8. Sign out&lt;br/&gt;
9. Sign In.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
CURRENT RESULT: &lt;br/&gt;
