Steps
1. Open the link https://intranet.rivetlogic.com
2. Login with the right credentials
3. Expand the control panel from the left
4. Click on "My Dashboard"
5. Click on "Skype IM"
6. Add an user by the phone number
7. Click on the message icon
8. Click on the call icon
9. Click on the delete icon
