[LRA-357] The application does not produce any action when a project link within the "Portfolio" section is clicked

STEPS:

1. Apply the "ArmorFuel" theme to a Liferay site.
2. Add the appropriate project information (including project URL) to a project within the "Portfolio" section > Save.
3. Within the "Portfolio" section > Expand your project.
4. Click on the project link.

CURRENT RESULT:

The application does not redirect to the expected page.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The application should redirect to the appropriate URL
