[LRA-89] Create the mockups for the Skype integration portlet

We are going to use Liferay standard list. Each line in the list is going to display the Person name, a Skype icon and a Phone icon. When the person clicks one of those icons it is going to add that person's skype id or telephone number to the list (see the image, the list is displayed below the search bar). People added to the list can be removed later.

When a person is in the list it should display: the person name, a Skype icon or Phone icon and a X (that will remove it for the list). We need a button that will do the call to load Skype.

Create a dummy list, which some fictitious skype Ids and telephones numbers. The functionality to add people / remove skype id / phone number to a list should be functional, as well as the call to load skype based on that list.
